Problems <br /> may be experienced with this increased and expanded usage of groundwater. <br /> Impact may be felt area wide or could be realized only in the immediate <br /> vicinity of this proposed subdivision. Well log data, including water <br /> quality, and the number of new wells created in French Camp is complied by <br /> a monitoring program and kept on file at the Local Health District Office, <br /> Department of Environmental Health. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> - Ratify the Negative Declaration and approve the map subject to: <br /> 1) All road and street improvements shall be in conformance with the <br /> requirements of the County of San Joaquin. <br /> 2) Easements for utilities shall be as required by P. G. & E., P. T. & T. , <br /> and all other public utilities. The provisions of Article MIA of <br /> Ordinance 892, as amended, shall apply. Service to each lot shall <br /> be underground. <br /> 3) Plans for all improvements to be approved by San Joaquin County <br /> Department of Public Works prior to consideration of the final <br /> subdivision map. <br /> 4) Provision for storm water drainage shall comply with standards <br /> and requirements of the Department of Public Works prior to <br /> consideration of the Final Map, in accordance with the Board of <br /> Supervisors Resolution # B 76-4201. <br /> 5) The minimum net lot area shall be 65,000 square feet. <br /> 6) In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, as prescribed <br /> in Section 18.01 of Ordinance 892, as amended, the developer <br /> shall contribute fees of equivalent value as defined in said section. <br /> 7) A Preliminary Soil Report as prescribed in Section 5.165 of <br /> Ordinance 892, as amended, shall be required. <br /> 8) Street improvements in compliance with Board of Supervisors <br /> Resolution B 76-4201 shall be provided within the subdivision. <br /> Watters Road shall be approximately improved on both sides in <br /> compliance with County standards. <br /> 9) 1 1 idu ewer ater ems s conf m wit ount <br /> rd�iin e 5 9, :adm"nis <br /> red a Lo eal is ri <br />
