Item No. 7 <br /> PC: 4-17-86 <br /> SU-86-5 <br /> Page 2 <br /> REVISED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> 2 . Local Health District : <br /> a. The subdivision shall be connected to public water and <br /> sewerage supplied by the Lockeford Community Services <br /> District . <br /> b. The Lockeford Community Services District shall provide a <br /> letter to the Health District , prior to recording of the <br /> Final Map, assuring the Health District that its sewer <br /> system has the capability of providing capacity to the <br /> subdivision once the proposed expansion of its treatment <br /> plant is completed, and that the sewer system will not <br /> violate the waste discharge requirements of the Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board. <br /> c. Tim State Department of Health 9,rvices, Swtltary Engiazeez <br /> ing -BTan The Lockeford Community Services District <br /> shall provide a letter to the Health District, prior to <br /> recording of the Final Map, assuring the Health District <br /> that the water supply to the subdivision will meet State <br /> requirements. rr. <br /> d. No lot of the proposed subdivision shall be sold, and no <br /> building permit shall be granted for any dwelling <br /> constructed in the subdivision, until sewer and water <br /> utilities are provided which are approved by the State. <br /> 5 . Planning Division: <br /> a. The property shall annex to the Lockeford Community <br /> Services District . priot to mccevtmme of the fizin! imp. <br /> b. In lieu of the conveyance of park land to the County, the <br /> developer shall pay fees of equivalent value as defined <br /> and specified in the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code . <br /> c . The building envelopes for Lots 207 through 222 shall be <br /> located outside the floodplain of Bear Creek. <br />
