Clean prior to usage. <br />The hot water at the 3 comp sink was 118 F. Provide 120 F minimum prior to usage. <br />Discussed report with Lindsey Nance, Secretary. <br />No signature captured. <br />Maintain a copy of this report on site. <br />Contact EHD prior to doing food prep in kitchen. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
