Lithium carbonate -the storage pressure and storage temperature elements have not been completed. 2. Cellulose, 2-hydroxyethyl methyl ether-the storage pressure and storage temperature elements have not been completed. • Violation #6,the site map does not show or address the following: 1. Internal roads(this site does not have internal roads; see highlighted areas below). 2. Access&exit points (access points/gates from the street). 3. Emergency response equipment (show the locations of the fire extinguishers and spill control equipment), simply indicating "Emergency Response Equipment" in one area will not suffice. 4. The handling and storage areas calcium carbonate, cellulose, 2-hydroxyethyl methyl ether, and critic acid,trisodium salt. 5. Repair the text obliterated by the blue lines used to indicate internal roads. A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as "NA". Be advised,the violation comply by date has passed, consequently all time spent attempting to obtain compliance may be billed at$152 an hour.
