The SSNL Study supports the suitability for standard OWTS usage for the proposed project on the
above mentioned parcel, pursuant to San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Title 9, Section 9-
1105.2(d), provided proposed OWTS and 100% replacement area can meet all required minimum
setbacks.
b. Percolation test conducted on November 22, 2021 yielded a percolation rate of 17.05 minutes/inch
for both deep tests (failed both shallow tests). At this rate, a minimum 8 -foot soil separation shall
be required between bottom of dispersal field and groundwater pursuant to San Joaquin County
Onsite Wastewater Treatment Standard table 1.10.2. Per SSNL Study, groundwater on site is
reported between 20 feet below surface grade.
If you have any questions please contact Frank Girardi, Senior Registered Environmental Health Specialist,
at fvgirardi@sjgov.org or (209) 616-3044.
n %r-;-t I
Steven Shih, REHS
Program Coordinator
c: HIGHWAY 12 INVESTORS LLC ETAL & LILVAL PROPERTIES, LTD
1203 N GRANT ST
STOCKTON, CA 95202 '
1868 E.
