The paper copy may been delayed but the e-copy was on- <br />site and accessible to regulators on the back office computer. <br /> <br /> <br />Ethan Valberg responded to the 4/22/21 notice on 5/21/21 and requested an <br />update on 6/1/21 after no response from the agency. Please review your <br />records <br /> <br />SB989 failures were corrected on 1-17-22 by Walton Engineering. The repairs did not <br />require a permit.
