Plan/CERS training you plan on attending is for instruction in how to understand and use the CERS website and will not <br /> suffice for the required employee training elements,which are: 1. Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate <br /> local emergency response personnel and to the unified program agency; (spill reporting), 2. Procedures for the <br /> mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to persons, property, or the <br /> environment; (spill response), 3. Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice,for the business site; <br /> (evacuation training). <br /> Regarding postponing a site visit for the 26th, I have not scheduled a site visit for the 26tH <br /> I have attached a sample employee training record, HMBP Guidelines, and Map Guidance documents for your reference. <br /> Be advised,the violation comply by date has passed, consequently all time spent attempting to obtain compliance may <br /> be billed at$156 an hour. <br /> As of July 1, 2022, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($156).
