In order to <br /> correct the outstanding violations, please respond to the following items: <br /> RCRA Large Quantity Generator Inspection: <br /> 1. Violations 112, 201, 202, 203, and 406- <br /> a. Train employees on how to empty hazardous materials containers to California standards. Submit proof <br /> of training. <br /> b. Update your hazardous waste treatment permit to include rinsing the containers that previously held <br /> hazardous materials on-site. Explain how the rinseate will be managed properly. <br /> 2. Violation 115-At the time of inspection on 7/20/21 Chad Yelm stated the processing line baths 2, 5, and 8 were <br /> cleaned out within the two months prior. Submit a statement confirming when the waste cleaned out from <br /> baths 2, 5, and 8 was actually shipped off-site for disposal and provide the correct disposal records for this <br /> waste. <br /> 3. Violation 303- Submit the correct manifest for the clean out of the processing line secondary containment <br /> containing solids and liquids with pH 1.5 observed at the time of inspection. <br /> 4. Violation 505-Submit a photo of the corrected floor degradation of the treatment system secondary <br /> containment, as stated in your response. <br /> Permit By Rule Treatment Inspection: <br /> 3 <br />
