Petroleum coke storage at this <br /> facility. Facility states pet coke is brought in from Phillips 66 refinery, transfered to a conveyor belt, and <br /> transfered to a railcar. 4 rail cars containing pet coke were observed, on the nearest rail line to the <br /> conveyor. Contaminated pet coke is swept to a storage area, and fine pet coke is swept to another storage <br /> area in the same warehouse. <br /> Site on 711 Gilmore Ave. Stockton Ca, 95203 does not have a hazardous material business plan on site, <br /> or availble on CERS. Site does not have a hazardous material business plan.
