The report was amended <br /> and replaces the initial report. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, within 30 days of receiving the amended inspection report. <br /> Amendments made: <br /> Violation 2 removed. <br /> Violation 4,5,6, and 9 added. <br /> Complaint ID COZMGSBVB was investigated and stated "PETROLEUM COKE PARTICLE EXPOSURE FROM <br /> OPEN RAIL CARS. PETROLEUM COKE STORAGE AT THIS FACILITY" . Two samples of the petroleum <br /> coke was sampled and analyzed for levels of Antimony, Arsenic, Barium, Beryllium, Cadmium, Chromium, <br /> Cobalt, Copper, Lead, Molybdenum, Nickel, Selenium, Silver, Thallium, Vanadium, Zinc and Mercury. The <br /> sample results were below Title 22 California Code Regulations section 66261.24 hazardous waste levels for <br /> toxicity.
