Violation 208 is somewhat a difficult one to correct being that Mr. Bernie Olsen Passed <br /> away a few months ago. His signature I will not be able to obtain due to him being deceased. My fix to the that situation <br /> is to have his predecessor sign all forms during future inspection. Paul also conducted a UST inspection and issued the attached report <br /> and provided the return to compliance form, also attached. He emailed that report on 7/13/22. <br /> That is why there are still 2 violations open at this time for the facility.
