Contact the local fire department, the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District, and the <br />San Joaquin County Community Development Department for any applicable permits and <br />requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br />commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Provide written notification to ustt�slAov.orq to arrange the following appointments (a 48-hour <br />notice is required for inspection appointments). <br />a. Primary piping soap test: One hour pneumatic pressure test at 110% of operating <br />pressure, or 40 psi, whichever is greater. <br />Please be aware that the facility cannot operate the 91 UST system prior to the EHD <br />inspection and approval. <br />4. Individuals installing underground storage tank system components must possess or work under <br />the direct and personal supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who <br />possesses all of the following: <br />a. A valid, current contractor's license issued by the Contractors State License Board <br />b. A valid, current UST Installation/Retrofitting certificate issued by the International Code <br />Council (ICC) <br />c. A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the component(s) being <br />installed <br />5. The tank owner or operator shall log into the California Environmental Reporting System <br />(GFRs) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/ and ensure all UST information is current. <br />1868 E.
