The check shall be delivered within thirty (30) calendar days of <br />issuance and entry of the Final Judgment to the Payment Administrator designated in Paragraph <br />10 below. CCAR shall not use any of these funds for lobbying efforts, transportation costs, or <br />other support for officials or employees of the State of California or the County of Sacramento. <br />PAYMENT ADMINISTRATOR <br />10. The disbursement of all payments made by Defendants to the Plaintiff pursuant to this. <br />Final Judgment shall be the responsibility of the Office of the California Attorney General as <br />Payment Administrator. <br />All of the payments imposed upon Defendants pursuant to this Final Judgment shall be <br />made by check and delivered to the Office of the California Attorney General as set forth below <br />In the alternative, payments may be made by wire transfer and such transfers shall be <br />electronically transmitted to an account and routing number as directed in writing by Plaintiff to <br />Defendants following the entry of the Final Judgment. All payments made by check shall be <br />delivered to the following address: <br />Office of the California Attorney General <br />Attention: Michele Mercado <br />Environment Section <br />1300 "I" Street, 15th Floor <br />P.0 Box 944255 <br />Sacramento, California 94244-2550 <br />The Payment Administrator shall be responsible for disbursing the penalties and funds in <br />accordance with the terms of this Final Judgment, and to the entities identified in Exhibit C. <br />Defendants shall provide copies of all payments made, either by mail or personal delivery, to <br />Office of the California Attorney General <br />Brett J.
