Identified Contamination Source Evaluation <br />4. Equipment maintenance <br />and <br />fueling are performed on the <br />Site. <br />Two mobile aboveground <br />fuel <br />storage tanks were observed <br />near <br />the storage building on <br />the <br />southern part of the Site. A waste <br />oil drum was observed near <br />the <br />shop on the southern part of the <br />Site. (Current on-site) <br />Equipment maintenance and fueling <br />can be sources of fuel, oils, and <br />other contaminants. <br />5. A 1996 Complaint record for the <br />Site address of 3212 East <br />Woodson Road was identified. <br />According to the document, drug <br />lab chemicals were dumped on the <br />roadside. CHP closed the road <br />while Laidlaw removed the waste, <br />"scene cleaned and reopened at <br />2:30 p.m." (Past on-site) <br />Because the waste was abated <br />under the supervision of San <br />Joaquin County Public Health <br />Services, no current impact to the <br />Site is anticipated. <br />LOGE 2149 9 <br />
