Hello I would just like to let you know that virtually all of the changes you requested the restaurant to make the owner <br />has made-us undue due to what he said is an inconvenience to the store. He also stated that because an inspector only <br />comes once a year and chances are it wouldn't be the same one that we could make the changes back and would suffer <br />no backlash. Also there is nobody there that has a serv safe cert and when I asked him if I should get mine he said not to <br />worry about it because there was one there from a previous employee. Also there are many employees without food <br />handler certifications and when asking him about this he told me to ask them to get them but schedule them anyways. <br />Also not included in this email are issues with the food being not properly thawed out as in the put the chicken in a tub <br />underneath racking to thaw out. He is aware of all of these issues however he allows them to persist in order to to not <br />have to inconvenience the staff and sales. Putting people's health at risk is not something I feel as though is acceptable <br />in order to make money.
