I don't observe any flies on the meat or any of the employees smashing <br />flies on meat during my inspection. <br />Facility has gloves used by employees serving customers at the meat department. Facility is not filthy. Sanitizer bucket is set <br />up with chlorine 200ppm. <br />Re inspection is required in 2 weeks. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
