Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br />OBSERVATIONS: Mop sink/ hand wash station has temporary soap bottle and paper roll. Hand wash station has soap and <br />paper towels dispensers mounted to the wall but not in use. Provide soap and paper towels from dispensers in 1 week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br />maintained in good repair. Clean fans covers today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All nonfood contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean. (114115 (c)) <br /> #34 Warewashing Facilites Maintained <br />OBSERVATIONS: The compartments and the drain boards of the 3 comp sink have a lot of stored items and boxes. <br />Remove all items from the ware wash station today. <br />Chlorine test strips are not available. Provide test strips in 1 week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Food facilities that prepare food shall be equipped with warewashing facilities.
