He stated forks are being stored in a container where forks are laying down and <br /> customers are able to touch tines on forks. (Concerned because of covid). He told employee who only laughed at his <br /> concern. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> On site to conduct complaint investigation. Per Song Vang (Manager),they are unaware of complaint. Observed forks stored <br /> in metal container laying down next to self service soda machine. Advised Song Vang that best management practice would <br /> be to keep forks in container in an upright position so customers can only grab the handle of the fork.
