Provide <br />soap immediately. <br />The paper towel dispenser for the customer restroom was empty. Provide paper towel in dispenser today. <br />The employee restroom paper towel dispenser was in disrepair. Store <br />potentially food items and items with "Keep Refrigerated" on label at 41 F or below. Manager discarded cream pie. Correct <br />immediately. <br />The 2 dr True display near the checkout was 45 F.
