OBSERVATION:Annual monitoring system certification, leak detector testing, and spill container testing was performed on 1/15/2021 and a test report was submitted on 6/17/2021, approximately 5 months late. REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of the test report must be submitted within 30 days of the tests. Take all necessary precautions to ensure testing and submittal of test reports are performed in a timely manner. A corrective action statement was provided to the EHD during the inspection. Violation was corrected on site. This is a minor violation. 208 CCR 2716(a-e) Failure to comply with the designated operator inspection requirements. OBSERVATION: The designated operator failed to check and note all required items on the visual inspection reports.The designated operator conducted an inspection on 1/11/2022. The designated operator report for a different Chevron station was printed to be kept on site. The report contained the incorrect facility,tank, and test date information. REGULATION GUIDANCE: During the visual inspection,the designated operator shall check that all required testing and maintenance for the UST system have been completed and shall check all required items on the report. Ensure that designated operators performing visual inspections at this facility are including all of the required information on the reports. A corrective action statement was provided to the EHD during the inspection. Violation was corrected on site. This is a repeat violation, Class ll. Overall Inspection Comments: The violations noted during the inspection were corrected on site. To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of having them sign.
