LINHARES <br />Complainant expressed concern about 1) the hostess not knowing about food <br />allergens and 2) customer service issues. I let him know that we do not regulate <br />customer service, only food safety. I let the complainant know that I would conduct <br />a routine inspection at the facility next month (when due). Complaint abated this <br />date. <br />09/09/2021 Complaint investigation conducted at permitted food facility.
