Install fire hydrants ; one at Pershing entrance and one at <br /> Hammer Lane entrance. <br /> OTHER CONSIDERATIONS <br /> - This is the site of a dwelling cluster which the owner wishes to sell <br /> in condominiums . <br /> - Attached is a copy for your information of the dwelling cluster site <br /> plan. <br /> - The Environmental Review Officer has adopted a Negative Declaration. <br /> DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE ACTION <br /> At its meeting of June 6, 1979, the Development Committee recommended <br /> that this project be approved subject to: <br /> 1. Street improvements as may be required by the City of <br /> Stockton and County Public Works Department, including <br /> curb, gutter, and sidewalks. <br /> 2. The Development Plan must respect the Hammer Lane Specific <br /> Plan. <br /> 3. Approval of the Building Department, Local Health District <br /> ,qa�r�tment of Public Works. <br /> 4; Ih n" w�l relocate traffic control of Pershing and <br /> /Hammer Lane at the expense of the developer. <br /> RECOMMENDATION AND FINDINGS <br /> - Ratify the Negative Declaration. <br /> - Approval, subject to the conditions recommended by the Development <br /> Committee with these additional conditions : <br /> 5. All driveways shall be 20' minimum width as per section <br /> 13 :204 of the 1973 Uniform Fire Code. <br /> 6. Fire hydrants shall be installed at the Pershing Street <br /> and Hammer Lane entrances. <br />
