ID <br /> numbers are unique to a business and site location. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Go to the DTSC web site at https://dtsc.ca.gov/apply-for-hazardous-waste-epa-id-number/ <br /> to obtain an ID number. Immediately apply for your ID number and submit evidence to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 601 CCR 66262.34(d)Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days(90 days acute/extremely). <br /> OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers were found on-site with an accumulation start date of <br /> greater than 180 days or no accumulation start date: <br /> -one 55-gallon drum of fuel contaminated liquid was found outside near the dumpsters with a faded label, the <br /> accumulation start date was not legible <br /> -one 55-gallon drum of fuel contaminated liquid was found outside near the dumpsters with an accumulation start <br /> date of 7/17/2020. <br /> -one 55-gallon drum of fuel contaminated liquid was found inside the store storage area that has been on site for 6 <br /> months, an accumulation start date was not listed. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.34. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br /> compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations.
