Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br /> any applicable permits and requirements . <br /> 2 . Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commencing work . All new addenda supersede the previous ones . <br /> 3 . Provide written notification to ust(a slgov . org to arrange the following repairs and testing ( a 48 - <br /> hour notice is required ) . <br /> a . Primary piping soap test of 87 piping and penetrations : One- hour pneumatic pressure <br /> test at 110 % of operating pressure , or 40 psi , whichever is greater. <br /> b . Secondary piping soap test of 87 piping and penetrations : One - hour pressure test at <br /> the manufacturer' s recommended specification . <br /> c . Visual inspection of the penetration fittings/piping within the 87 STP sump for any leaks . <br /> d . A secondary containment test must be performed on the 87 STP sump in accordance <br /> with the manufactures guidelines or equivalent and test results submitted to the EHD <br /> within 30 days of testing . <br /> Please be aware that the facility cannot receive fuel in the 87 tank prior to completion of <br /> passing spill bucket testing and submission of notification of passing test results to the <br /> EHD. <br /> 4 . Secondary containment testing for the 87 product piping is required six months after <br /> installation . Provide 48 hours notification to the EHD when this test is scheduled . <br /> 5 . Any individual performing the work of a service technician must meet the following <br /> qualifications : <br /> 1868 E .
