He stated no work was done to the 87 or diesel tanks. The <br /> diesel tank is the center of a 3-compartment split tank,with 91 tanks on either end <br /> -Replaced both 91 STP sumps,with Bravo penetrations <br /> -Resealed around the edges of all bungs in both 91 STP sumps(repaired 91/diesel/91 tank outer wall/secondary containment) <br /> -Replaced all flex piping within both 91 STP sumps <br /> -Replaced several feet of fiberglass product,vent, and vapor piping,to allow the sumps to be installed (NOV Red Thread IIA) <br /> -Replaced 91 STP sump sensors(Veeder-Root 208) <br /> -Replaced 91 leak detectors(VMI 99-LD2000) <br /> ***The approved permit did not include the product piping replacement, sensor replacement, or leak detector replacement. <br /> Submit an updated scope of work, parts list, and installation certifications for this work.*** <br /> Witnessed the following while on site: <br /> -Primary piping soap test and pressure test of both 91 product lines. Passed. <br /> -Secondary piping soap test and pressure test of both 91 product lines. Passed. <br /> -Verified 91 product piping slope. Verified pipe setbacks and burial depth. No issues were observed with the new piping. <br /> -Verified backfill. <br /> -Vacuum testing of the 91/diesel/91 split tank secondary containment. Passed. <br /> Still needed: <br /> -Secondary containment testing of both 91 STP sumps. Incon testing was planned, but could not be completed due to issues <br /> found by the tester. <br /> -Leak detector testing <br /> -Sensor functionality testing <br /> NOTE:A six month retest of both 91 STP sumps and both 91 product pipes is due September 2022.
