The BBQ vendor only cooks the food 1/2 way and several people <br />have gotten sick. The seafood vendor smells horrible. Major violations identified <br />and corrected on site. Of the 16 temp event food vendors inspected, ten vendors <br />either did not have a hand washing station properly set up (warm water 100-108F, <br />pump style soap, single service paper towels), have the 3 bucket/tub manual <br />warewash station set up for washing, rinsing, sanitizing, or both. See inspection <br />report provided at inspection. Per Bill, the BBQ vendor (Mama G's) has not been <br />on site for 6 weeks and is no longer participating in the market. Fish vendor did not <br />have an odor this date. On site 9:43-11:05am (drive time 86 minutes). Total <br />billable time is 168 minutes. <br />09/19/2021 Additional time to make up 3 hour minimum LINHARES <br />09/20/2021 E-mailed coordinator Bill Harlow bill_e_harlow@yahoo.com of event that the LINHARES <br />investigation will be billable.
