The following is an itemized list of aboveground petroleum storage act violations that <br /> have not been addressed for CALIFORNIA FREIGHT as of February 04, 2022. <br /> Open violations from September 20, 2021 inspection <br /> Violation#102-Failed to prepare a written SPCC Plan in accordance with CFR Part 112. <br /> OBSERVATION: This facility has an Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act(APSA)regulated shell capacity of 12,680 <br /> gallons, and the facility has not prepared and implemented a professional engineer certified Spill Prevention, <br /> Control, and Countermeasure(SPCC) Plan. The EHD inspectors observed the following regulated APSA tanks: <br /> 12,000 gallon diesel tank,400 gallon used oil tank, 2 x 140 gallon new oil tanks. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All facilities which have an APSA regulated shell capacity of 1,320 gallons or greater <br /> shall prepare a written SPCC Plan which meets all of the requirements of the 40 CFR Part 112. This plan shall be <br /> certified by a professional engineer in accordance with 40 CFR 112.3(d). <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately prepare and implement an SPCC Plan in accordance with 40 CFR Part 112, <br /> which includes all aboveground petroleum storage containers 55 gallons or larger. A copy of this plan shall be <br /> maintained on-site, as required.
