Oil was observed below the elevator reservoir. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: (c)(10) Promptly correct visible discharges which result in a loss of oil from the <br /> container, including but not limited to seams, gaskets, piping, pumps, valves, rivets, and bolts.You must promptly <br /> remove any accumulations of oil in diked areas. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately repair and clean-up any leaks from the elevator and manage all wastes <br /> according to the California Code of Regulations Title 22 hazardous waste regulations, submit proof of correction to <br /> the EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection report was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. The report was amended <br /> and replaces the initial report.
