The two 550 gallon diesel tanks for the fire pump were observed with rusted straps and supports. The two 550 gallon diesel tanks are located on top of the levy immediately adjacent to the waterway. REGULATION GUIDANCE: (c)(1)Not use a container for the storage of oil unless its material and construction are compatible with the material stored and conditions of storage such as pressure and temperature. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately submit proof of correction to the EHD. This is a Class II violation.
