LATER THAT NIGHT CONSUMED A HOT COCOA FLAVORED COOKIE. NO ONE ELSE IN <br />HOUSEHOLD ATE THAT FLAVOR OF COOKIE. FROM 1:00 AM TO 5:00 AM, COMPLAINANT EXPERIENCED <br />VOMITING AT LEAST 4 TIMES. COMPLAINANT IS CURRENTLY HAVING DIFFICULTY KEEPING LIQUIDS DOWN <br />WITHOUT FEELING NAUSEATED, ALSO HAS 101.2 DEGREE FEVER. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM --LOCATION --TEMP ° F --COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />NOTES <br />Manager was not aware of compliant prior to this investigation. <br />No ill employees for the last two weeks. <br />Cocoa packet into mixture and marshmallow on the top. <br />Quality photos are taken of product to show quality and doneness of product. <br />Observed butter out that stated "keep refrigerated "on the box. <br />Refrigerate butter. <br />Per manager butter is kept out 2-3 days. Per manager policy is to keep butter at room temp. <br />The hot cocoa cookie last available was Dec. 4, 2021. <br />I discussed hand washing with manager. <br />Front hand sink lacks paper towels. <br />Provide paper towels at this sink. <br />Per manager paper towels ran out today and will be replaced today when shipment comes in. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
