I do know (as stated during my inital corporate training that having the butter sit for around
2 -3 days is vital and wholly necessary to the mixing process in order to ensure the butter is soft enough to be mixed and
baked properly. I do know that we are conforming with local guidelines to the best of our ability and are willing to
change and conform to whatever needed as necessary.
This is the information to the best of my knowledge I can provide.
Davis Mahoney
Crumbl Cookies - Lodi
209-642-1542
1
