THEY BEGAN EATING PASTA AND BIT <br />DOWN ON SOMETHING HARD. THEY SPIT IT OUT AND COMPLAINANT ALLEGES IT WAS A TOOTH. IT WAS NOT <br />COMPLAINANTS TOOTH. COMPLAINANT SHOWED MANAGER AND MANAGER, GARY, TOOK THE TOOTH. <br />COMPLAINANT HAS A PICTURE. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP 0 F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />NOTES <br />I spoke to the manager on site who was aware of this compliant prior to this investigation. <br />Per operator the issue is being addressed with corporate. <br />I discussed the procedure for preparing the cajun chicken pasta with alfredo sauce. <br />Currently there is no alfredo sauce (the facility did not receive a shipment). <br />Pasta is received in bags and put in containers with water and cooked. <br />Out of oven, pasta is drained and tossed with soybean oil and portioned into containers and placed in walk-in. <br />I observed pasta that is portioned and properly covered and stored in the walk-in refrigerator. <br />Alfredo comes frozen in bags and stored in walk-in freezer and then the and placed into hot well. <br />Once ordered, the alfredo is poured onto the pasta. <br />I observed the prep line and observed where food items are plated. <br />Plates are stored on the counter above the food assembly line. <br />I observed s few plates that have chips on the corners (square shapedplates) and small bowls that have chipping observed. <br />Chipped plates and bowls were removed and discarded during this investigation. <br />I did not observe "teeth" in food product at this time. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
