SAN JOAQUIN <br /> Environmental Health Department <br />Time In: 2:10 pm <br />Time Out: 2:40 Dm <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: MCDONALD'S #32116 Date 01/19/2022 <br />Address: 2050 Daniels ST, MANTECA 95337 <br />Owner/Operator: CATHY SCHRADER Telephone: (209) 478-0234 <br />Program Element: 1600- FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: C00054603 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />DISCHARGED FIRE EXTINGUISHER IN FRYER AREA. ANSUL SYSTEM WAS NOT WORKING. NEEDS INSPECTION <br />FROM EHD IN ORDER TO REOPEN. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />NOTES <br />Complaint inspection. <br />As per Store Manager and Director of Operation, fire is triggered due to electric hazard at one of the fryer station. Fire is <br />contained immediately by fire extinguishers and the ANSUL system was not triggered by the fire. ANSUL system maintenance <br />company came to inspect the system to make sure it is functional. Fire extinguishers had been recharged. <br />By inspecting the adjacent area to the fryer ( walls, ceiling , floor and cooking equipment), they are not affected and they are <br />clean. <br />Burned fryer is replaced by another functional one till a new fryer is installed later. <br />Okay to re open the facility. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
