She stated she has license through the city of MURO <br />Stockton to sell from her home. Explained that she is required to have a food <br />permit with the health department and that she will need to find a food commissary <br />for her food operations. She said she prepares food from people's homes for the <br />catering and has also prepared food at a port facility. I let her know I will send her <br />an email with service request and a link to the EHD website. Obtained her email <br />address flavorsofnessa@gmail.com. Discussed with VP and SR. Emailed <br />Vanessa the link to the EHD website and provided catering operations information. <br />Advised she reads through the food programs to see which fits her operation. <br />Attached a service request form to the email.
