Hortensia Williams last completed <br /> the California hazardous waste training on 11/11/2019. Per Ryan Schaefer(Regional Environmental Manager)the <br /> California hazardous waste training is required annually. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66265.16 Personnel Training <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately train all employees who work with hazardous waste in compliance with the <br /> time frames and training materials required by this section. Provide training documentation to the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. The documentation must include a list of training <br /> topics, date of training,job title, name of employee,written job description (qualifications and duties), and employee <br /> signed (or certified)record that documents the training. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by March 9, 2022. <br /> Waste streams found: <br /> -Compressed Gas Cylinders <br /> -Waste Soaps <br /> -Waste Toners <br /> -Waste Pharmaceuticals <br /> -UW Batteries <br /> -E-Waste <br /> -Waste Corrosive Liquids <br /> -UW Lamps <br /> -Waste Hydrogen Peroxides <br /> -Waste Oil <br /> -Waste Flammable Liquids <br /> -Waste Pesticides <br /> -Waste Grass Seed/Fertilizers <br /> -Waste Flammable Solids <br /> -Waste Flammable Aerosols <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br /> of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br /> ($152).
