Environmental Health Department <br />Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />February 07,2022 <br />Facility Address: <br />3726 S HWY 99 , STOCKTON <br />Facility Name: <br />BND TRANSPORT INC <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR -Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br />5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br />1. OBSERVATION: One 120 gallon thank of hydraulic fluid, one 250 gallon motor oil tank, one 400 gallon waste oil <br />tank, one 75 gallon antifreeze tank and one 100 gallon waste antifreeze tank were found in the new shop area; one <br />waste oil tank and one motor oil tank (actual volume was not available) were found in the old shop. The updated <br />information has not been reported to CERS. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br />facility's business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for <br />approval. <br />…………………………………………………………………………………………………………………… <br />2.
