CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-2200009 <br /> LELAND D. NOMA&JANET NOMA/LELAND D. NOMA <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-2200009 was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on March 31, 2022, which is the effective date of approval. This approval will expire on <br /> September 30,2023,which is 18 months from the effective date of approval,unless a Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if required by the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Contact: [209]468-3121) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment application between two Parcels, as shown <br /> on the site plan dated January 19, 2022. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community Development <br /> Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors' Act, or a <br /> Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT: The property owner shall rescind the current contract and shall <br /> enter into a new contract prior to recording the"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment". The"Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment" shall not be recorded until the Williamson Act Contract application has been deemed <br /> complete. Filing Fees are required for this application.
