MURO <br />Nature of Complaint: "DURING INSPECTION I OBSERVED ONE HALF FULL 55 <br />GALLON DRUM AND AT LEAST 5 SMALL CONTAINERS OF WHAT MR. <br />NIELSEN SAID WAS WASTE OIL. NIELSEN COULD BE OLD GLUE LEFT BY THE GLASS PLANT <br />FORMALLY LOCATED AT THIS SITE. <br />11/01/2019 Called Charlie Ackel, co-owner at American Motor Haven for follow up with the <br />containers and drums of used oil and an unknown liquid. Charlie was in Nevada <br />and will return on November 12, 2019. He prefers that he is present for the <br />hazardous waste complaint inspection. <br />11/05/2019 Forwarded inspection checklist to Francisco for scanning. Discussed document <br />scanning issue with Kim and was advised the document should be scanned to the <br />complaint for ease of locating vs. to business license. <br />MURO <br />LOPEZ <br />11/15/2019 11:15 AM Called Charles Ackel to meet at 875 N Stockton St. for complaint MURO <br />investigation. Left message. <br />11/21/2019 Drove by American Motor Haven, since I inspected a facility nearby. Called MURO <br />Charles Ackel from my cell phone to let him know I was in the area if he was <br />available for the inspection. He told me he was in San Jose doing a Thanksgiving <br />food drive. He will not be back soon as he is moving his things because he is <br />moving. In regards to the used oil, he asked if he could siphon it from the half-full <br />drum and put into smaller containers and take to O'Reilleys Auto Parts. I let him <br />know that he will still need needed to get in EPA ID for the other waste and have a <br />licensed transporter to transport it off the property for disposal.
