The Department of Real Estate has <br />advised us that a response directed to the entire project will <br />preclude the necessity of repeating this process on subsequent <br />units of development. <br />,Santos Ranch is a total project of approximately 140 - 12 <br />acre lots which we expect to complete on the basis of 25 a year. <br />Thus far we have satisfied the Department of Real Estate require- <br />ments for Unit #1 (50 lots) and Unit #2 (9 lots) with 91 lots <br />remaining. <br />Enclosed is a map of the above project and a copy of your <br />last response.
