The
subdivision is for a four (4) lot subdivision on the south side of State Route 12,
east of Little Potato Slough in the unincorporated area of the County.
All those conditions requiring the approval by the Department of Public Works
will be satisfied by the developer. The Department of Public Works is now prepared
to process the final map as soon as the remaining conditions of the tentative map
approval are satisfied.
In an effort to satisfy the remaining conditions, the developer has requested
that the approved requirements set forth in Resolution R-81-1906, in particular
Condition Number 5 regarding fire protection, and Condition Number 8 regarding
access to State Highway 12 per State requirement, be clarified.
In response to this request, this matter has been placed on the Board of
Supervisors agenda to clarify certain conditions of the tentative subdivision
map S-82-1 for Tower Park Village.
Very truly yours,
William J. rd
Director of P blic Works
WJW:SSC:km
cc: County Counsel 's Office /
Planning Department
Local Health District
Fire Warden
Steven A.
