Bonds may <br /> be issued for capital improvement in the event of levee break or if <br /> mandated by governmental agencies or Board of Trustees. Likelihood <br /> unknown. <br /> The Reclamation District Number 548 was established under the provi- <br /> sions of the Water Code 51000 GT. Sec . Bonds may be issued. It is <br /> estimated that each lot or parcel will be assessed approximately <br /> $17 .00 per $100 .00 of assessed valuation.
