Complaint Investigation Summary Report #. 5105
COMPLAINT ID: C00051682 Site Location: 26422 N HVVY 99 E FRONTAGE RD
Activity Summary
Activity Date Recorded by
11/30/2020 Mailed complaint cover letter dated 11-25-20 with household hazardous waste MARTINEZ
disposal guide in English and in Spanish by regular mail to:
DANIEL TORRES MANDUJANO,
26422 N HVVY 99,
ACAMPO CA 95220-9530.
12/16/2020 Sent Public Release application to the complainant. I let her know if she needs MURO
assistance in filling it out, she can call me and I will assist her.
12/17/2020 Received a call from the complainant. She asked what I had emailed her MURO
yesterday and what agency I was from. I explained about the Public Release
Records application and where I was calling from. She stated she will look through
it and let me know.
She reported that the person she is complaining about has not been working on
cars anymore since he has not been at the home for the last two or three weeks.
She stated his house was raided by police about three months ago. Updated me
on the status of the well. He has not yet fixed it. He was using a 220 volt generator
powered with a 110 (she did not add units) to power the well.
Although the person is not at home, she is still concerned for the amount of cars in
his home. One of the tenants at her work had five cars at the residence. Lodi
Police cited tenant for having five cars. Tenant wasn't moving the cars, so Lodi
Police was going to cite the complainant as property manager of the residential
area.
The complainant is also concerned for the amount of mess the complainee still
has on his back yard. The complainee covered his tires and other items with
plastics. Before the complainee had left, he brought a van to the front yard. It has
no license plates.
I let her know I only deal with hazardous waste issues, but she can reach out to
SJC Code Enforcement with mulitple car issues. And to call me if she would like to
move forward with the file review.
12/23/2020 Received update from Michael Suszychi (EHD). The complainee is in jail and will MURO
be serving about three more months according to complainee's sister.
02/08/2021 Received a call from Melissa Nissim, Program Coordinator (CUPA). Complainant MURO
called her, so Melissa asked that I give her a call and provide a status update for
the complaint.
06/14/2021 Retrieved a voice message left on June 11, 2021 from the complainant. Calling MURO
regarding her neighborhood because she is getting rats again due to stacks of
stuff he is keeping at his yard including oil. Reviewed narrative.
08/27/2021 Called the complainant in response to the new complaint received. She told me MURO
she didn't call in a complaint to the EHD. SHe said she called it in to the other
place. I asked if she had called it in to the Community Development Code
Enforcement. She said she had. She went on to discuss the situation with the
complainee bringing rodents to the area, he continues to work on cars at night,
and oil is being dumped on the ground. I let her know I may not be responding
until I can go with the Sheriffs as there is a safety issue with the property owner
being violent. Diane said he's not violent.
5105. rpt
