Complainant, MURO <br />Kuldip Hundal, alleges the tenant parks a work truck on the street and is <br />constantly leaking oil onto the street. The tenant also stores two large open <br />containers of motor oil. <br />Located property on google maps and parcel viewer. <br />Discussed with Lead Senior Garrett. I will be going to the property for site <br />investigation. <br />Complainant wants us to call him back with findings. I called complainant <br />209-598-5939, left message to let him know I received the complaint and will be <br />going to the property tomorrow. <br />08/17/2020 Called complainant but I was sent to voice mail. I wanted to provide complaint MURO <br />status since he requested. <br />08/18/2020 Site visit at 9851 Noemi Ct. MURO <br />I saw a white truck, similar to the <br />08/24/2020 Completed a letter for tenant Jair Perez for leaking truck parked on street and two <br />open containers of used oil at 9851 Noemi Ct. Included links to transporters and <br />the HHW facility in the letter and printout from City of Stockton with list of clean up <br />companies and a HHW brochure. Sent regular mail to tenant at 9851 Noemi Ct <br />address. Requested that office staff sends copy to property owner in parcel <br />viewer, also via regular mail.
