Spoke with Luis, owner of Al-Pro Mobile regarding the complaint of oil leakage.
Luis walked me over to an area that had oil staining on the asphalt. Per Luis the complaint is probably for this rather large oil
spill that is part of the business next to his. The business next to his has the name of Junk Patrol listed outside the building.
Luis stated that the spill was from 5-gallons buckets but the business cleaned the spill this past weekend. Absorbent was
observed around the area of the staining. Approximately 40 television monitors were observed bundled together on pallets
and approximately 16 used tires were observed in the area of the oil stain. A Junk Patrol vehicle with "Patrol" and part of the
phone number redacted was observed next to the spill location. Universal waste observations were reported to CalEPA via
their Environmental Complaint System.
Al-ProMobile was observed to be a hazardous waste generator (used oil) and will be added to San Joaquin County's
permitted hazardous waste generators. Per Al-Pro Mobile employee Carlos, Luis left the facility to do other errands and may
be back later today. Took down the phone number for Al-Pro Mobile to schedule a hazardous waste inspection with Luis
another day when he is at the facility.
Inspection report mailed to property owner 1/12/2022:
ANDREW, GLEN TR ETAL
The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and
Safety Code. If a reinspection is required, fees will be assessed at the current hourly rate.
Received by: Name and Title: Mailed to ANDREW, GLEN TR ETAL
EH Specialist: CAROL PRESTO Phone: (209) 616-3061
C00054560 SC004 01/11/2022
EHD 22-01 Rev. 01/07/2021 Page 1 of 1 Complaint Inspection Report
1868 E.
