Complaint Investigation Summary Report #: 5105
COMPLAINT ID: COREVZE7Z Site Location: 26900 HANSEN RD, TRACY
Activity Summary
Activity Date Recorded by
11/30/2021 A site visit was conducted with Juanita Huerta, San Joaquin County Code PRESTO
Enforcement, on 11/30/2021. Walked though property with property owner, Tami
Ngo Au. During the site visit, some areas were not accessible due to not having
keys to open areas blocked off with locked gates and locked wooden barriers.
Several empty totes of approximately 300-gallons in size were observed on site.
Per Tami, the totes contained water to use for the animals and the land. No labels
were observed on the totes. Several blue 55-gallon poly drums were observed
throughout the property that were not accessible locked behind fences and wood
barriers. Unable to verify if the drums were empty or had contents. Per Tami,
these blue drums also contained water. No labels were observed on the blue
drums. One 55-gallon drum with a SealTite PRO One Zero — Spray Polyurethane
Foam (SPF) Component B label was approximately 1/8 full of liquid. There was
not a lid on the opening. It is uncertain if it was hazardous materials or rainwater
inside of the drum. Per Tami, the contents are rainwater from the prior rainfall.
One large poly cylinder tank of approximately 1600-gallons of liquid was observed
on site, which Tami stated was water as well. Per Tami, the totes are refilled from
this large poly cylinder tank. One red 55-gallon drum was observed behind gates
that was not accessible to view due to gates being locked. Unable to verify if the
drum is empty or had contents. No labels were observed on the red drum. Tami
does not believe the contents of the red drum are chemicals.
Discussed with Tami if she was aware what happened with the chemicals that
were found on site on 8/12/2021. Per Tami, the previous tenant removed all the
chemicals but she is unaware what exactly was done with them. She no longer
has contact with the previous tenant. The previous tenant is no longer in the
country.
Inspection report emailed to Tami Ngo Au, owner, Au.Tami@gmail.com
12/28/2021 Gathered documents to abate complaint as 08-unable to verify. Added site map to PRESTO
emergency response record. Created photo log. Printed 5104, 5105, emergency
response record, log 2.
5105.rpt Page 3 of 3
