Sent response text that clean-up was nearing completion. <br />Met with Brandon, he opened both man-hole covers leading to storm drain. I did <br />not observe any noticeable odors or sheen in the water. Brandon stated that the <br />following waste will be sampled and stay on site pending analytical: <br />-One 12,000-gallon tank with 4,500-gallons of water contaminated with diesel. <br />-One 20-yard bin with oily solids/water contaminated with diesel. <br />-Three 55-gallon drums with solids contaminated with diesel. <br />Note: Brandon stated that the liquid in the 20-yard bin will be vacuumed into the <br />12,000-gallon tank with 4,500-gallons of water contaminated with diesel. <br />Contacted Claudia Muro (EHS) updated her on complaint. Contacted Elena Manzo <br />(Lead Senior REHS) updated her on complaint. <br />Brandon mentioned that the property owner, requested All Environmental to clean <br />the remainder of the storm drain of the property. Looked inside storm drain and <br />observed sludge, no sheens or diesel odor was detected. Brandon asked if he can <br />put sludge waste generated from additional clean-up into the one 20-yard bin with <br />oily solids/water contaminated with diesel. I let Brandon know that I will follow-up <br />with him on his request. <br />Received call from Brian Uribe, City of Stockton (209) 639-7300. Discussed storm <br />drain clean-up, both confirmed that we were satisfied with storm drain clean-up. <br />He stated that city of Stockton will be monitoring the additional clean-up of the <br />sludge in the remainder of the storm drain. <br />Discussed mixing sludge into 20-yard bin with oily solids/liquids with Elena Manzo <br />(Lead Senior REHS) and Garrett Backus (Lead Senior REHS). Based on <br />discussion I sent Brandon a text confirming that he can put waste sludge <br />generated from the additional clean-up into the 20-yard bin with oily solids/water <br />contaminated with diesel. <br />Contacted Claudia Muro (EHS) updated her on complaint. <br />Sent Alex Steele, Environmental Scientist, an email R2SV@pge.com requested a <br />copy of soil sample results. <br />07/07/2020 Called Brandon Espinoza, supervisor, for All Environmental (209) 648-8060. GAITAN <br />Stated that clean-up has been delayed due to vacuum truck having a flat tire. <br />Updated Elena Manzo (Lead Senior REHS) <br />07/07/2020 Reviewed photos and narrative. Sent copy to Claudia Muro (EHS), notified her that I did not GAITAN <br />get a photo of the following: <br />-Overview of the 20 yard bin with oily solids <br />-overview of 12,000 gallon tank with water contaminated with diesel. <br />07/20/2020 Allison Kinney, Environmental Scientist from Moffat & Nichol, had questions about ALANIZ <br />accessing public records.
