Process liquids including glycerin, bio-diesel, <br />water and methanol, dripped out of a failed weld, saturating insulation material. Spontaneous combusted started a fire, it <br />was addressed with water to keep the tank cook while simultaneously extinguishing the fire. <br />Surplus water that was deflected by the header board/divider at the bay door led to water being deflected on the asphalt, <br />washing residual and contact oil from the header board and the non-hazardous filter cake bin with it. (The source is <br />estimated less than 5% vegetable oil) <br />The drain areas were blocked with booms and pads used to block the effluent. Booms were placed to separate the oil off the <br />water. Pneumatic pumps placed to transfer water to secondary containment and eventually transferred to T116. <br />Comments, Suggestions:
