Process liquids including <br />glycerin, bio-diesel, water and methanol, dripped out of a failed weld, saturating insulation materili <br />Spontaneous combusted started a fire, it was addressed with water to keep the tank cool while <br />simultaneously extinguishing the fire. <br />Surplus water deflected by the header board at the bay door led to water on the asphalt. <br />In the event of a release; verbal notification must be made to the Port Police Dept. at (209) 946-0246 <br />Date reported: 9.8.21 <br />Time reported: -13:15 PDT Reported to:Fire Department and Port <br />Provide details of immediate action taken and subsequent clean-up action taken to stop release. <br />The drain areas were blocked with booms and pads used to block the efluent. Booms were placeti <br />to separate the oil off the water. Pneumatic pumps placed to transfer water to secondary <br />containment and eventually transferred to T116. <br />Submit this document and all written copies to the Port's Environmental Department within 6 hours of the incident. <br />(On weekends; note time of submittal) <br />Port's Environmental Department jcashman@stocktonport.com <br />Submitted by: J.
