Onsite I observed
glass shards and rusted metal debris coming out from the ground.
- Implement an erosion control system to ensure integrity of cover; to prevent public contact with waste and
leachate; to prevent safety hazards; and to prevent exposure of waste.
- A Quarterly inspection will be performed in December to verify compliance. This is the third inpsection with an
Area of Concern noting eroding soil is allowing waste to come out from the ground.
- Apply Clean dirt to areas noted above so solid waste is no longer coming out from the ground.
Inspection Report Comments:
A Quarterly Inspection was conducted on this date and the following was noted:
Notes:
1.) No one was present onsite during my inspection.
2.) Equipment to disk soil was observed at the North end of the parcel, North of the Pump Station.
