Glass shards <br />continue to come out from the ground. <br />- Jeanette Blixt and Bruce Balderson were onsite during my inspection. Both Mrs. Blixt and Mr. Balderson <br />agreed to mitigate and prevent waste from surfacing up from the ground. Mrs. Blixt and Mr. Balderson must <br />submit a corrective action to the EHD for approval prior to performing any work onsite. A Quarterly inspection <br />will be performed in March 2012 to verify compliance. <br />- Implement an erosion control system to ensure integrity of cover; to prevent public contact with waste and <br />leachate; to prevent safety hazards; and to prevent exposure of waste. <br />- Apply Clean dirt to areas noted above so solid waste is no long,)r coming out from the ground. <br />Inspection Report Comments: <br />A Quarterly Inspection was performed on this date. The Following was noted? <br />Notes: <br />1.) Mrs. Blixt son-in-law, Roger, was also present during my inspection. <br />2.) The EHD has informed the responsible party of Barber Dump, prior to any work being performed onsite, the EHD <br />must be notified. <br />
